Well I admit, he doesn't look so fierce here - stoned more than fierce. After the shot he bolted about 50 yards up a cliff behind this ebankment and died at the top. By the time we got him down to this point we were too tired to position him for a photo shoot. It took us 3 hours to get the hide and quarter the bear. I'll definately think twice before I shoot the next one - it's a lot of work.

My Bear
