The kids had to do something helpful for someone. Aiden decided to shovel the back porch for Eric and Elinor wanted to help. Probably will be a work in progress....I think 6 inches of snow has piled up since the last shoveling.
(CONFESSION: We hosted our small group Christmas party and in order to get my house looking presentable for guests I needed to foster an atmosphere of helpfullness and goodwill among the children. I just didn't want you to think I'm an amazing spiritual giant of a mother....I just needed to get my house clean.)
